Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to Greenloom's website and the features offered through it, including enquiries, blog content and community contributions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

If your organisation purchases or trials a Greenloom product under a separate agreement, that agreement governs the product, commercial terms and processing of customer data. These website terms do not replace or amend a signed agreement.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent a binding agreement can be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Simply browsing the website or requesting a demo does not purchase a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter an agreement to use restricted accounts or contract for services. The website and services are intended for business use. You must provide accurate information and have the right to share any information submitted on behalf of another person or organisation.

3. Website and services

The website explains Greenloom's finance-automation offering and provides editorial material and ways to contact our team. Product features, integrations, availability and eligibility may change. A feature described in a blog or demonstration is not a promise that it is included in every product or agreement.

Outputs produced by AI or automation may be incomplete or incorrect. Your authorised team must review financial information, proposed entries and filings before relying on or submitting them. Website content is general information and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

4. Accounts and access

Restricted accounts are available only to authorised users. Keep credentials confidential, use access only for its authorised purpose, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for actions you authorise through your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service.

5. Fees, trials and commercial terms

Any paid service, trial period, renewal, tax, payment schedule, cancellation or refund arrangement will be stated in the applicable order or service agreement before you commit. This website does not itself collect payment-card details or complete a subscription checkout.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. For billing or cancellation questions relating to an existing agreement, contact our team using the details in that agreement or the contact address below.

6. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Submit fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing or otherwise unlawful content, or impersonate another person.
  • Access accounts, systems or private information without authorisation, or bypass access controls.
  • Upload malware, send spam, disrupt the website, or carry out automated activity that materially harms its availability.
  • Publish confidential information or personal information about others without the necessary permission.
  • Copy, resell or exploit protected website material without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

7. Comments and submitted content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Greenloom permission to store, reproduce, display and moderate it as needed to provide the feature you use. For a public comment, this includes displaying your chosen name and message with the article once approved.

Comments are reviewed before public display. We may decline or remove content that breaches these terms, is irrelevant, or presents a security or privacy concern. Submission does not guarantee publication. Contact us if you need help correcting or removing a contribution.

8. Intellectual property

Greenloom and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, designs and original content, subject to applicable law. You may read and share links to publicly available pages. Other reuse requires permission unless a licence or applicable law allows it. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your organisation's data to Greenloom. Rights and responsibilities for customer data and product outputs are governed by the relevant service agreement.

9. Third-party links and integrations

The website may link to external websites, social profiles and sources. Products or editorial tools may also use third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or reference is not an endorsement, and we do not control external content or guarantee its accuracy or availability.

10. Availability and information accuracy

We aim to keep the website useful and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control. Information may change, and we do not promise that all content will always be current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Express commitments in a separate service agreement remain in effect.

11. Responsibility and liability

You should assess whether information on the website is suitable for your circumstances and obtain professional advice where appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Greenloom is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or external websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any service-specific limitations of liability are governed by the applicable service agreement.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend restricted access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address a breach, legal requirement or security risk. Ending access does not remove obligations or rights that should continue by their nature. Product cancellation and data-return arrangements are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory laws that apply to you remain in effect. Where you have a separate service agreement with Greenloom, its governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions apply to that service. For website matters not covered by such an agreement, the applicable law and competent courts are determined under the relevant legal rules.

Please contact us first with details of a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising a statutory right or contacting a competent authority.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the website or applicable requirements. The revision date appears at the top. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not retroactively change an existing signed agreement. Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a material change, we will follow that requirement.

15. Contact us

For questions about these terms, website access, permissions or your service agreement, email our team below. Please include enough information for us to identify your request, and avoid sending sensitive records through an ordinary enquiry.
