By creating an account, requesting early access, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services.

Greenloom provides Agentic AI for your finance team with institutional memory that reconciles your ERP and drafts filing-ready summaries inside ERPs, for your team or accountant to review and confirm — it never posts an entry or files a statutory return on its own. The Services are currently offered on an early-access basis and may evolve, change, or be limited in availability as we onboard teams.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Fees for paid plans are described at the point of purchase and are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By making a payment you also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services except as expressly permitted.

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Greenloom or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Services.

The Services may connect with third-party systems such as Odoo, Zoho Books or QuickBooks. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Greenloom harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time; cancellation of paid plans is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
