    This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Greenloom subscriptions and services. By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

    1. Overview

    Greenloom is a subscription-based digital service. We want you to be satisfied, so we offer a limited refund window as described below. Payments are processed through our payment gateway.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) days of your purchase if the service is unused or you are not satisfied with it. To be eligible:

    • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.
    • The request should describe the reason so we can keep improving.

    3. How to Request a Refund

    Email us at [email protected] with your account email, the payment/order reference, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request and respond promptly.

    4. Cancellation of Subscription

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and billing; you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are subject to the refund eligibility in Section 2.

    5. Refund Processing

    Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment gateway. Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

    6. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
    • Bespoke onboarding, configuration, or integration work that has already been delivered.
    • Fees for usage already consumed beyond the refund window.
